Should I download 32-bit or 64-bit?

This depend on whether your hosting software is 32-bit or 64-bit. If you are on Windows 32-bit, then your hosting software is also 32-bit. If you are on Windows 64-bit or Mac OS X, then your hosting software can be either 32-bit or 64-bit. When in doubt, first try the 32-bit version.

Which plug-in formats are supported?

Our plug-ins come in the VST 2.4 plug-in format for Windows, and VST and Audio Units (AU) for Mac OS X.
